Where is the Beef from?
All our products are responsibly sourced from family owned ranches and farms. We dedicate a case in our shop to Certified Utah Beef. Giving carnivores a chance to learn about the amazing ranches and philosophies that create True Utah Beef.
What is the Breed?
We primarily feature 100% Black Angus Beef, Heritage Wagyu, Japanese A5 Wagyu and Duroc Pork. However, we do feature a variety of other breeds from Local Ranches.
What is the Animal's Diet?
Our Beef enjoys a healthy diet that includes Distillers Grains, Corn, and Proprietary Cover Crop Grasses all grown sustainably.
What is your Humane Handling and Food Safety Program?
Our practices for Humane Treatment and Food Safety are part of our uncompromising standards here at Heritage. Our state of the art facilities are unmatched in terms of animal welfare, safety controls, and sanitation measures.
